We develop or acquire greenfield or depressed operational brownfield investments for urban change. This is at both the local, regional and national level. Our mission is to provide developmental infrastructure, both physical and societal, within emerging and frontier market nations. A key element of our evaluation focus is on the viability and sustainability of the assets and how they will benefit the host country long term.
